Frequently asked Sauna Questions:

Q: Why do people take saunas?

A: We have been asking our customers this question for years. Here is what we have been told. Relax, alleviate stress, cleans the skin through perspiring, weight loss, gets rid of colds, yoga or stretching. We even had a farmer tell us, he keeps his sauna in the barn. He uses it in the winter to warm up when he gets too cold from working outside. So you can see there are many reasons why people get joy and pleasure from taking saunas. However like most other things, saunas take a little time to get used to.
